Human Resources Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide analytical and conceptual support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across various HR topics.
- Manage recruitment processes, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Assist in career development by discussing career paths, assessing candidates, and recommending talent.
- Perform routine HR and salary administration tasks while advising managers and employees on personnel matters.
- Lead data management tasks such as weekly headcount and turnover reporting, SAP data audits, and job description tracking.
- Support HR projects and programs such as employee investigations, exit interviews, training enrollments, and employee events.
- Collaborate with training and leadership teams to manage outreach programs and orientation sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, benefits administration, employee time administration, or payroll
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to engage with people and provide effective solutions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR processes efficiently
- External candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for an employment visa or sponsorship.
