About the role
- Partner with functional supervisor and HRBPs to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required.
- Create attractive job posting and continuously maintain interaction on relevant recruitment website, social media channels.
- Select potential candidate profile, conduct initial screening, interview scheduling.
- Make salary proposal and follow up the result.
- Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
- Organize a multitude of data coming from different various sources.
- Maintain contact with potential candidates as well as candidate sources.
- Record and update data in our recruitment database.
- Provide timely and accurately recruitment reports and constantly seeking potential areas of improvement.
- Assist with new hire onboarding & orientation training (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed and compliant to organizational policies.
- Promote employer branding in social media: Facebook Fan page, LinkedIn. Etc.
- Actively participate in global TA / HR projects.
- Support other tasks relating to training assigned by Superior
- Support to conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Support to obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Coordinate for plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Support to develop and maintain organizational communications to big universities to create sources of labour that match company needs with coherent training materials.
- Support to undertakes qualification surveys and assessment programs to identify and analyse L&TD gaps and needs.
- Coordinate to implements measures to support succession planning for critical jobs and workforce planning.
- Support to organizes training and management development programs, and designs individual or job group related short term and long-term qualification measures.
Requirements
- University or College graduate, occupation in BA/English/Human Resources
- Experienced: at least 2 years of experiences in mass recruitment, preferably in a full life cycle, international recruitment structure.
- Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with job applicants
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Analytical thinking & skill is preferable.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills - the ability to organize and interpret data and maintain records from different sources and tools.
- Knowledge of HR and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS-Office 365
