Recruiter – Sales
SchaefflerRecruiter specializing in sales and technical sales for bearings and related products. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder engagement in the sales sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end‑to‑end hiring for bearings‑focused sales roles, including: Bearings Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer Application Engineer – Bearings Key Account Manager – Bearings OEM / MRO Sales Manager – Bearings Business Development Manager – Bearings.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical depth, commercial mindset, and cultural fit.
- Partner with Sales Heads, Zonal / Regional Managers, and Channel Heads to understand: Territory coverage, Key customers and application requirements, Competitor hiring and talent availability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of recruitment experience with strong focus on: Sales or mechanical industrial sales hiring.
- Experience recruiting for bearings manufacturers, authorized distributors, or industrial OEMs is highly preferred.
