About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute regional sales strategies for ILS products and services
- Drive revenue growth and market share through direct customers and channel partners
- Grow Digital Services and Service business models including OPTIME and Predictive Maintenance
- Promote solution-based selling by combining Digital Services, Condition Monitoring, Lubrication, Maintenance Tools, and Remanufacturing
- Support account owners with business planning, lead identification, and deal closure
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting through SFDC
- Support launch and localization of global ILS products
- Review and support ILS-related customer proposals and RFQs
- Act as solution expert for Predictive Maintenance applications
- Coordinate with Technical Office and STC for technical consulting
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with ILS leadership
- Support regional marketing initiatives
- Travel ~50% within the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education :- BE (Mechanical)
- 8–12 years of experience in industrial solution or service sales
- Exposure to Digital Solutions, Condition Monitoring, or Maintenance Services
- Strong solution-selling and value-based sales expertise
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and commercially strong
- CAT-2 certification preferred
- Candidate experience from Bearings / Industrial Bearing / Bearing Solution & Application are highly preferred.
