About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute regional sales strategies for ILS products and services
  • Drive revenue growth and market share through direct customers and channel partners
  • Grow Digital Services and Service business models including OPTIME and Predictive Maintenance
  • Promote solution-based selling by combining Digital Services, Condition Monitoring, Lubrication, Maintenance Tools, and Remanufacturing
  • Support account owners with business planning, lead identification, and deal closure
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting through SFDC
  • Support launch and localization of global ILS products
  • Review and support ILS-related customer proposals and RFQs
  • Act as solution expert for Predictive Maintenance applications
  • Coordinate with Technical Office and STC for technical consulting
  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with ILS leadership
  • Support regional marketing initiatives
  • Travel ~50% within the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education :- BE (Mechanical)
  • 8–12 years of experience in industrial solution or service sales
  • Exposure to Digital Solutions, Condition Monitoring, or Maintenance Services
  • Strong solution-selling and value-based sales expertise
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and commercially strong
  • CAT-2 certification preferred
  • Candidate experience from Bearings / Industrial Bearing / Bearing Solution & Application are highly preferred.
