About the role
- Develop and innovate production tools at the project level
- Collaborate on tooling solutions
- Optimize production costs
- Monitor trends for continuous improvement
- Provide technical support during try-outs and pilot phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to facilitate smooth transition into series production
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure tooling designs are feasible
- Document production tooling processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Production Engineering
- Experience in 3D CAD modelling and drafting
- Knowledge in GD&T
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Extremely self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Continuous improvement approach
