About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of brand awareness initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and employer branding efforts to enhance company visibility and reputation.
  • Assist in detailed planning, coordination, and successful execution of various events, trade shows, and special projects to support overall marketing goals and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless organization and delivery of external events such as roadshows, aligning activities with strategic objectives and target audiences.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and distribution of engaging content and marketing collateral that align with the brand’s messaging and campaign requirements.
  • Support financial processes related to marketing activities by assisting in budget and invoice tracking and processing payments through systems such as SAP and COUPA.
  • Facilitate effective project management by monitoring team progress, coordinating timelines, and preparing comprehensive presentations and reports to keep management and stakeholders informed.
  • Adhere to Employee Essentials.
  • Support company policies, guidelines and mission statements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum: bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite, Adobe, and/or Canva is preferred.
