About the role
- Attend external customers via phone, Microsoft Teams and e-mail, providing updates on order status, delivery discrepancies and stock position;
- Maintain customer orders in SAP (RQDD, code replacements, prices, discounts, etc.);
- Prepare management reports;
- Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient, high-quality customer service;
- Assist account managers with activities such as opening QAs, issuing credit notes, monitoring payments for commercial agreements, among others;
- Register and update product prices and sales orders in SAP;
- Manage price adjustment processes and approvals;
- Monitor and update department KPIs;
- Analyze and process debits and supplementary notes/invoices;
- Maintain margin and quotation spreadsheets and support internal and external audits;
- Control and release sales orders in the SAP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Experience in customer service and sales administrative processes;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- SAP EP1 is desirable;
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus;
- Advanced English;
- Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) is desirable.
