About the role

  • Supporting Roles & Rights Coordination for Purchasing
  • Processing Purchase Order
  • Simulation Error Handling

  • Preparing administrative tasks in Projects and daily operations

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in business,economic, finance
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge and learn new tasks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
