About the role

  • Support in managing the Schaeffler AI Catalog containing all company AI use cases
  • Provide user support for working with AI use cases and ensure smooth catalog operations
  • Design, conduct and monitor surveys and quality metrics to improve catalog quality
  • Create dashboards, analyses and audience-targeted presentations to visualize progress
  • Contribute to the further development of the AI Catalog, e.g., by building generative AI–based assistants to innovatively support search, creation and maintenance of entries
  • Support the introduction of the new Schaeffler AI Portfolio Management approach, from concept through to final AI solution

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in (business) computer science, data science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable degree program
  • First practical experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence, data management or digitalization
  • Technical understanding and interest in applying innovative AI technologies; ideally initial experience with generative AI tools (GenAI)
  • Analytical thinking and experience working with data, analyses and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Confident use of communication and collaboration tools
  • Strong presentation skills to prepare results for different audiences
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a self-driven and responsible working style
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
