About the role
- Leading comprehensive IT projects that impact multiple functional departments and global initiatives within the Schaeffler Group
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, and execution of global projects
- Acting as a central point of contact, maintaining oversight and taking responsibility for your projects
- Leading functional sub-project teams comprised of internal and external IT experts
- Coordinating internal resources and external third parties/vendors to ensure project success
- Providing IT consulting support for large-scale projects within the global Group IT organization and offering strategic guidance to senior management across the company
Requirements
- Completed studies in informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Few years of professional experience in IT infrastructure (e.g. networking, platforms, enterprise systems, etc.)
- Experience in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments is an advantage
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
- A meticulous approach to project management ensures a strong focus on quality and precision throughout your work
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting, ensure that your projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working combined with quality awareness and analytical and conceptual way of thinking
- Open to occasionally international business travels
