Leading comprehensive IT projects that impact multiple functional departments and global initiatives within the Schaeffler Group
Managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, and execution of global projects
Acting as a central point of contact, maintaining oversight and taking responsibility for your projects
Leading functional sub-project teams comprised of internal and external IT experts
Coordinating internal resources and external third parties/vendors to ensure project success
Providing IT consulting support for large-scale projects within the global Group IT organization and offering strategic guidance to senior management across the company
Requirements
Completed studies in informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Few years of professional experience in IT infrastructure (e.g. networking, platforms, enterprise systems, etc.)
Experience in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments is an advantage
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
A meticulous approach to project management ensures a strong focus on quality and precision throughout your work
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting, ensure that your projects are delivered on time and within budget
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working combined with quality awareness and analytical and conceptual way of thinking
Open to occasionally international business travels
