About the role

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to uncover and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Actively participate in documentation, design and implementation of user-centric automation solutions using RPA and low code & AI tools, following global best practices.
  • Test and validate innovative digital solutions to guarantee their effectiveness before they go live.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhance implemented solutions, ensuring they align with standardized processes.
  • Maintain necessary documentation to keep processes transparent and in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching digital trends and proposing new digital opportunities.
  • Engage in training and educating stakeholders on leveraging automated systems for maximum efficiency

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in analyzing business processes, standardization, and documentation
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with a passion for improving business processes
  • Hands-on experience in supporting workshops to streamline workflows
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts across diverse audiences
  • An energetic approach with a detail-oriented mindset, keen on results
  • Experience with tools like UiPath, Mendix or MS Power Automate would be a fantastic bonus!
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% - we like to meet our colleagues!
  • Valid working permit for Czech Republic
  • Business fluent English skills, other languages would be an advantage
