About the role
- Leading comprehensive IT projects impacting multiple functional departments
- Managing the entire project lifecycle including planning, design, and execution
- Acting as a central point of contact and maintaining oversight of projects
- Leading functional sub-project teams of internal and external IT experts
- Coordinating internal resources and external vendors
- Providing IT consulting support for large-scale projects across the organization
Requirements
- Completed studies in IT, business IT or comparable qualification
- Over a decade of experience with large-scale, complex IT projects in global organizations
- Few years of professional experience in IT infrastructure (e.g. networking, platforms, enterprise systems)
- Fluent communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
- Fluent communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments is an advantage
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented work ethic
