About the role
- Improve our control system and monitoring system, according to production department requirement.
- Problem investigation and troubleshooting with automated equipment.
- New project designing, including drawing and program.
- Support production department.
- Start up, Site adjusting work, on control system and mechanical problem on site.
- Establish new equipment mechanical operation manual.
- New machine acceptance.
- Audit and monitor mechanical engineering schedule and quality.
- Keep mechanical drawings up to date.
- Participate in TPM activity.
- Maintain safety stock system for spare parts, editing and coding spare parts.
- Support purchaser to develop and audit supplier and sub-contractor.
Requirements
- College graduate
- Degree in Engineering related major
- 5 years above working experience in manufacturing industry
- Good in English written & reading
- Familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Familiar with CAD
