About the role
- Providing functional leadership and direction to the HCM Core Solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional development and career growth
- Leading the development and management of the HCM Core Solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy
- Supervising the delivery of international IT projects for HCM Core Solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, by guiding the team to ensure successful execution
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, maintaining an adequate balance between projects, operations, and capacities
- Driving the adoption and integration of new HCM Core solution features across the organization and supporting technical integration with Vitesco (Merger Schaeffler/Vitesco)
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of HCM Core solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while safeguarding stable system operations
- Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and product vision
- Collaborating with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where demands affect multiple teams/solutions
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
- Several years of team leader experience and strong leadership skills including motivation, coaching, managing complex situation, team transformation
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, specifically within HR IT
- Few years of experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Several years of experience in implementation of digitization projects
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA
- Profound knowledge of the German Payroll and German time management legislations is considered an asset
- Good understanding of enterprise integration and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is a plus
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
