About the role

  • Managing delivery of AI use cases across domains and global regions
  • Supervising team members supporting implementation of AI use cases from the business perspective
  • Ensuring AI solutions adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements and governance standards
  • Facilitating implementation of AI use cases by collaboration with IT and business teams
  • Managing AI use case portfolio to drive AI strategy implementation
  • Designing and delivering training programs, suiting initiatives, workshops and communication strategies tailored to diverse user groups
  • Nurturing lively communities, fostering knowledge exchange and providing engaging content on new trends
  • Acting as an internal ambassador for AI and showcasing its business potential

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (business) computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering or related fields
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
  • Knowledge of German is considered an asset
  • Proven experience in Project Management, ideally in tech, innovation or data-/AI-related domains
  • Background in Shared Service processes is an advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering global projects successfully from idea to implementation
  • Strong lateral leadership including the ability to steer service providers and hold project members accountable
  • Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic AI and general AI/ML concepts and passion for new technologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in Change Management, IT adoption or digital transformation roles
  • Experience in designing and delivering training or enablement programs
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for measurable impact
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools from personal or professional context
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and a passion for new technologies combined with a strong interest in personal development
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for work
