About the role
- Preparation and compilation of market analyses for various African markets
- Support for sales promotion activities
- Working with CRM360 systems (Salesforce)
- Contributing to the preparation of quotations, handling of tenders, and supporting order processing
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of deliveries
- Supporting the processing of commercial data on sales and order backlogs
- Assisting with correspondence with internal and external stakeholders in German and English
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team spirit, commitment, and strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to think laterally and a high level of motivation
