About the role

  • Strategically develop and standardize the OES product portfolio, including portfolio cleansing and variant reduction.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle (SOP to EOP and EoD): technical contract commentary, phase-out management, and aftermarket strategies (inventory concepts, ATB/contract closure).
  • Provide global and regional technical support to defined customers/key accounts; communicate technical changes and production relocations; prepare and deliver presentations and technical trainings.
  • Independently lead technical product changes with a strong focus on plant and production relocations, product standardization, and validations; ensure compliance with customer-specific quality and validation requirements; support plant audits.
  • Manage technical data: provide and prepare master data, EOP and version statuses/part numbers; centrally create and coordinate new products and components in IT systems.
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-regional projects and interface management with product management, aftermarket, development, production, sales, material control, logistics, and external customers/partners.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Comprehensive experience in international product management (Automotive OES), lifecycle strategies, and technical contract management.
  • Proven competencies in aftersales / service business development (e.g., repair kits, service solutions) and in managing complex, cross-departmental projects.
  • Very good English skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities, German language skills desirable
  • High analytical and organizational competence, quality and compliance orientation; willingness to travel (customer visits, plants).
  • Confident handling of relevant tools/IT systems (e.g., SAP, PLM, customer portals, MS Office).
  • Valid work permit for Czech Republic at the moment of application
