About the role

Support in implementing ETL/ELT processes and in building and maintaining data pipelines in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, etc.)
Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative, application-oriented analytics solutions, such as analyzing correlations between KPIs
Support the development and delivery of HR metrics, reports, and analytical tools for the global HR community
Participate in global projects within HR Advanced Analytics, e.g., using the Schaeffler ChatBot, and actively contribute to an HR community on topics such as generative artificial intelligence

Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Good written and spoken German or English
Initial experience with databases, ETL processes, or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, SQL, PySpark) and/or with advanced analytical methods (e.g., data mining, predictive analytics) is desirable
Programming skills in Python and SQL are desirable
Strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work independently
