About the role
- Support in implementing ETL/ELT processes and in building and maintaining data pipelines in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, etc.)
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative, application-oriented analytics solutions, such as analyzing correlations between KPIs
- Support the development and delivery of HR metrics, reports, and analytical tools for the global HR community
- Participate in global projects within HR Advanced Analytics, e.g., using the Schaeffler ChatBot, and actively contribute to an HR community on topics such as generative artificial intelligence
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Good written and spoken German or English
- Initial experience with databases, ETL processes, or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, SQL, PySpark) and/or with advanced analytical methods (e.g., data mining, predictive analytics) is desirable
- Programming skills in Python and SQL are desirable
- Strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work independently
