About the role

  • Planning, execution and management of international (sub)projects applying project management standards and methods
  • Analysis and consolidation of relevant working capital information, identification of variances and development of optimization proposals
  • Development and improvement of a standardized reporting framework to manage Financial Supply Chain components
  • Drafting policies and processes, as well as creating documentation within the scope of project work
  • Active participation in the rollout process and support in delivering on-site training
  • Administration and coordination of the factoring program
  • Contributing to the implementation of a central Credit Risk Management and establishing the necessary processes, structures and documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or reporting
  • Deep experience in independently contributing to international projects and an understanding of the business processes of a global corporation
  • Good knowledge of common controlling methods and systems for managing Financial Supply Chain components
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD and SAP BW
  • Good knowledge of Power BI is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers and planning abilities
  • Solution- and goal-oriented working style combined with strong team and communication skills
