About the role
- Planning, execution and management of international (sub)projects applying project management standards and methods
- Analysis and consolidation of relevant working capital information, identification of variances and development of optimization proposals
- Development and improvement of a standardized reporting framework to manage Financial Supply Chain components
- Drafting policies and processes, as well as creating documentation within the scope of project work
- Active participation in the rollout process and support in delivering on-site training
- Administration and coordination of the factoring program
- Contributing to the implementation of a central Credit Risk Management and establishing the necessary processes, structures and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or reporting
- Deep experience in independently contributing to international projects and an understanding of the business processes of a global corporation
- Good knowledge of common controlling methods and systems for managing Financial Supply Chain components
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD and SAP BW
- Good knowledge of Power BI is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers and planning abilities
- Solution- and goal-oriented working style combined with strong team and communication skills
