About the role

  • Processing of mass and single info records and source lists (creating, deleting and updating)
  • Conducting mass and single price updates
  • Supporting annual budgeting process for Category Management (Y)PSA Single creating and mass changes on Scheduling Agreements
  • Changing mass and single Material Group
  • Creating Single Quality Info Records
  • Performing mass Vendor Screen and PO changes
  • Daily working in ServiceNOW
  • Supporting non-standard reporting tasks according to business needs

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Economics, Logistics, Finance, Management or Project Management
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Experience with SAP, ServiceNOW is a strong advantage
  • Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. internships) for Junior’s position or 1-3 year of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist’s position
  • Experience in Data Management, Purchasing, Analytics or other relevant field
  • High affinity to work with various systems
  • Interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Fast learner and customer-oriented person
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
