About the role

  • Independently create, optimize, and maintain CAD/CAM programs for 5-axis CNC machining centers
  • Test programs using simulation software to prevent collisions and optimize machining strategies
  • Select appropriate cutting tools and workholding fixtures, and prepare work plans and setup sheets
  • Set up machines, adjust programs on site, and provide production support
  • Further develop manufacturing strategies, increase efficiency, and ensure quality assurance

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a machining technician (Zerspanungsmechaniker)
  • Several years of professional experience and confident use of CAD/CAM software
  • Preferably experience with TopSolid
  • Independent working style combined with initiative, strong attention to detail, and precision
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
