About the role

  • Inbound & outbound sales: First point of contact for prospects and active outreach to potential customers
  • Building & automating sales processes: Contribute to the development of efficient, digitally supported sales processes
  • CRM maintenance: Structured recording and upkeep of customer data and tracking of sales activities
  • Customer relationship management: Support in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Sales strategy & trainings: Actively contribute to the further development of our sales strategy, especially in the area of cybersecurity trainings and awareness offerings

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable degree program
  • Interest in sales, IT security, and digital business models
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
  • Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English skills (at least B2)
