About the role
- Inbound & outbound sales: First point of contact for prospects and active outreach to potential customers
- Building & automating sales processes: Contribute to the development of efficient, digitally supported sales processes
- CRM maintenance: Structured recording and upkeep of customer data and tracking of sales activities
- Customer relationship management: Support in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Sales strategy & trainings: Actively contribute to the further development of our sales strategy, especially in the area of cybersecurity trainings and awareness offerings
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable degree program
- Interest in sales, IT security, and digital business models
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English skills (at least B2)
