Sales Representative – IT Security Consulting Services

• Strategic leadership of the Cybersecurity Consulting team, including professional development and talent nurturing.
• Advise our clients at the highest level on information and IT security strategies, establishment and enhancement of ISMS, secure IT and cloud architectures, and governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, CRA, AI Act).
• Manage projects, resources and budgets, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct workshops, audits, management reviews and awareness sessions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, measurable security processes, policies and controls.
• Further develop our consulting framework and internal knowledge formats.
• Maintain and expand client relationships at decision-maker level.
• Active business development: identify new clients, expand existing accounts and contribute to proposals and contract negotiations.
• Revenue responsibility for the consulting portfolio in coordination with executive management.

Head of Cybersecurity Consulting

Administration

• Support in the configuration, deployment and monitoring of firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall)
• Monitoring of firewall logs, alerts and security events; escalation of threats when necessary
• Performing routine firewall policy updates, VPN setups, object/group changes and rule audits
• Assisting with troubleshooting of Site-to-Site and SSL VPN connections
• Documenting configurations, change requests and standard operating procedures
• Participating in firmware updates and basic maintenance tasks according to change management processes
• Collaborating with Senior Network and Security Engineers on security hardening and best practices
• Tier-1/2 support for internal teams on network-related issues

Junior Network Administrator

• As the personal point of contact, you will advise our clients on various information and IT security matters, e.g., building an information security management system (ISMS), drafting concepts for IT infrastructure, implementing cloud solutions, deploying incident management solutions, and risk management.
• Your responsibilities also include conducting workshops and audits, and supporting the preparation of effort estimates and proposals.
• Together with our team, you are responsible for project management and awareness campaigns for individual client projects, as well as creating template documentation related to cybersecurity.
• Client visits and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners are second nature to you.
• You continuously develop your professional and technical skills.
