About the role
- Phone and written consultation with prospective customers for our online services
- Preparing proposals based on customer needs and concluding (telephone) contracts
- Handling emails, data entry, and supporting customer service
Requirements
- Experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
- Team player with resilience and reliability
- Negotiation skills and a strong ability to close deals
- Availability and flexibility in the afternoon hours
- German at native-speaker level and very good English skills
