About the role
- Conduct telephone consultations and sales conversations with prospective customers (NO cold calling)
- Prepare proposals based on customer needs and close contracts
- Coordinate trial lessons and conduct feedback conversations
- Communicate with prospects via email and WhatsApp
Requirements
- A completed vocational qualification is desirable, preferably in a commercial/business field or in a sales role
- Experience in telephone sales or telephone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented phone manner
- Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to perform
- English skills desirable
