About the role
- Telephone and written consultation with prospective customers for the online segment
- Preparing offers based on customer needs and concluding (telephone) contracts
- Handling emails, data entry, and supporting customer care
Requirements
- Experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
- Team player, resilient, and reliable
- Negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
- Flexibility to work afternoons
- German at native-speaker level and very good English skills
