About the role
- Conduct telephone consultations and sales calls with prospective customers (NO cold calling)
- Prepare quotes based on customer needs and finalize contracts
- Coordinate trial lessons and conduct feedback discussions
- Communicate with prospects via email and WhatsApp
Requirements
- A completed vocational training is desirable, ideally in a commercial/business field or in sales
- Experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
- Flexibility, commitment and high motivation
- Knowledge of English is desirable
