About the role
- You are the first point of contact for all our prospective customers/parents across Germany
- Provide advice on tutoring services and schedule/coordinate consultation appointments at our locations
- Process incoming emails
- Arrange and coordinate language courses
- Maintain and update our customer master data
Requirements
- Completed vocational training is desirable but not required
- Enjoy communicating and have a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using PCs and telephone systems
- Excellent German skills; additional languages are a plus
- Fluent in English
