About the role
- You are the first point of contact for all our prospective customers/parents from across Germany, advise on tutoring services and schedule/coordinate consultation appointments at our locations
- Handling emails
- Arranging language course placements
- Maintaining customer master data
Requirements
- Completed vocational training is desirable but not required
- Enjoy communicating and have a friendly manner
- Proficient in using computers and telephone systems
- Excellent German language skills; additional languages welcome
- Career changers welcome
