About the role
- Planning and executing customer mailings via email and SMS using our tool Optimizely
- Continuous response optimization through A/B testing and analysis
- Independently creating mailing drafts and subject lines
- Further development of the CRM strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Media, or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in CRM and with tools such as Optimizely / Emarsys
- Technical understanding of CRM systems and experience in technical project management are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Proactive, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Excellent, written and spoken German language skills (C2)
