About the role
- Management of 10–15 Schülerhilfe locations, including staff leadership
- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Onboarding, training and coaching of staff
- Ensuring consistent implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts
- Responsibility for the area's sales and operational results
- Budget oversight and responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining teaching quality
- Identifying new locations for expansion
Requirements
- A solid vocational/professional qualification and initial leadership experience
- Sales experience, ideally in a multi-branch/chain organization
- Strong communication skills with staff and customers
- A performance- and target-oriented leadership style
