• Lead the integrated planning function across demand planning, supply execution, procurement, inventory ownership, master data governance, and planning systems
• Own the company’s S&OP planning process and lead the monthly S&OP to align demand, supply, inventory, and finance
• Oversee Netstock and NetSuite MRP planning accuracy and serve as planning business owner for system integration and configuration
• Set department KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and order fulfillment
• Own inventory planning and targets by channel/location; minimize excess & obsolete inventory and ensure inventory accuracy through KPI oversight
• Direct supply planning, manage exceptions, lead times, constraints, and translate growth plans, product launches, and promotions into demand signals
• Ensure tactical procurement executes purchase orders; support sourcing on supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost tracking
• Oversee master data integrity for SKUs, BOMs, vendors, and planning fields and leverage dashboards for reporting and scenario modeling
• Lead and mentor managers across demand planning, purchasing, sourcing, systems, and master data; develop succession plans and hiring strategies
• Partner with IT and supply chain systems leads for continuous improvement, automation, and exception-based planning
