About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain full stack features in our JavaScript and python-based applications
Improve and maintain our CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines)
Automate infrastructure tasks and deployment workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Help monitor and support AWS-based services
Collaborate on improving system observability (e.g., Sentry, CloudWatch)
Participate in security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Manage developer access, backups, and recovery planning
Work closely with teammates across product, engineering, and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in full stack or backend development
Strong scripting skills, experience with Node.js is a +
Eagerness to grow into DevOps and platform responsibilities
Interest in AWS, Docker, CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation and monitoring, and security best practices
Comfort scripting with JavaScript or tools like Bash or Python
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus
Spanish fluency is a plus
