About the role

  • Execute and maintain the job and salary structure
  • Implement and manage the job and salary project, including job descriptions, job classifications, and updates
  • Implement, operationalize, and monitor performance review cycles
  • Analyze performance results to inform merit decisions, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analyses
  • Prepare financial impact studies and scenario analyses
  • Support the development and review of compensation and performance policies
  • Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) together with leadership
  • Develop and implement organizational climate (engagement) assessments
  • Implement a Leadership Program to support the development of leaders' competencies
  • Monitor the evaluation of the internship program
  • Serve as a technical reference point for leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in compensation, job and salary structuring, and performance evaluation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
