About the role
- Support personnel administration routines, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
- Keep employee records and registrations up to date in departmental systems and spreadsheets;
- Prepare and organize documents for hiring, termination, vacation, leaves of absence, and other personnel movements;
- Assist with payroll processing, including collecting, submitting, and reconciling information (overtime, allowances and deductions);
- Manage the electronic timekeeping system, time bank, and medical certificates, making adjustments when necessary;
- Support compliance with statutory reporting, legal deadlines and the preparation of labor and tax reports;
- Assist with benefits administration (health insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance, among others);
- Interact with benefits providers and support issue resolution;
- Submit and control departmental payments in coordination with the finance team;
- Provide service and support to employees, answering questions about payroll, benefits, vacation and internal policies;
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications;
- Support the organization of internal events and integration activities;
- Prepare periodic reports on personnel movement and HR indicators;
- Support internal and external audits by providing documents and information;
- Organize and file physical and digital documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law);
- Propose process improvements based on analysis and departmental data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactivity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to handle varied demands.
