• The Manager, Membership Recruitment is responsible for leading strategies and hands-on execution to grow membership by driving acquisition and conversion across individual and group membership channels.
• This role owns the membership pipeline from prospect to new member, including acquisition campaigns, conversion optimization, and group membership development.
• The Manager defines the acquisition roadmap, establishes funnel performance targets, and executes against them.
• This role partners closely with the Manager, Membership Engagement and Retention to ensure seamless onboarding and coordinated lifecycle handoffs, and leads reacquisition strategies for long-lapsed members.

• The Vice President, Governance is a senior strategic leader responsible for stewarding a high-performing, effective, and future-ready governance framework for the Society.
• Reporting to the CEO/EVP and serving on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role is a trusted advisor to the CEO/EVP, Council, and elected leadership on governance strategy, structure, alignment, and performance.
• The Vice President provides Society-wide oversight of all governance bodies—including the Council, Board of Regents, Sections, Committees, Knowledge Education Groups (KEGs), Chapters, and Task Forces—by ensuring strong accountability, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
• This role ensures that governance structures and leadership engagement are aligned with the Society’s strategic priorities and actively supports the development, execution, and oversight of strategic planning efforts.
• In partnership with volunteer leaders and staff, the Vice President fosters a positive, well-supported governance experience that enables effective engagement and leadership success across all levels.
• The Vice President also leads and develops the governance staff team, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative culture.

Accounts Payable

• Coordinates the accounts payable function by distributing and coding invoices and preparing check runs.
• Assists the senior accountant and controller as requested.
• Receives and distributes invoices to departments for approval and ensures timely processing.
• Completes coding for general and administrative invoices; reviews invoice coding for accuracy.
• Prepares checks for review by the authorized signer and assists in preparation of annual 1099 forms.
• Responds to vendor, member, and staff inquiries and performs necessary research.
• Assists the senior accountant with daily, monthly, and year-end operations such as researching expenses, performing analyses, and reconciliations.
• Participates in relevant teams to support SCCM’s mission and goals, contributes ideas, and shares information.
