About the role
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy across European markets
- Build and manage a high-impact, fully remote sales team
- Lead CRM implementation and design scalable internal sales processes
- Identify, qualify, and close key accounts and partnerships
- Mentor and coach team members to drive results and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and market goals
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within PaaS, SaaS, Telecoms, or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in leading and scaling distributed sales teams
- Strong background in CRM implementation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building high-performance sales departments from the ground up
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking
- English fluency required; additional European languages a plus.
