About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the team responsible for operating the Cloud Business Unit, developing people, monitoring performance and promoting a high-performance culture;
  • Define priorities, assign tasks and monitor team productivity;
  • Ensure SLAs are met and the quality of the area's deliverables;
  • Monitor operational indicators, analyze deviations and drive action plans to improve results;
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize processes;
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Pre-sales, Post-sales, Credit, Collections, Legal, Portfolio, as well as manufacturers and business partners;
  • Quickly resolve operational challenges, supporting the team in decision-making and ensuring continuity of operations;
  • Develop the team through feedback, performance tracking, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and training initiatives;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the area's tools, processes and routines, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading operational teams;
  • Experience in operations related to the Cloud ecosystem, preferably at technology distributors, manufacturers or companies that work with channels and partners;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing operational metrics;
  • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary processes;
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence different areas and align multiple stakeholders;
  • Organized, proactive, resilient and solution-oriented;
  • Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements;
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
