About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage channel support and assist the sales team;
Record and track opportunities in the CRM;
Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial proposals;
Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system;
Support the billing workflow and follow up through delivery;
Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments;
Work closely with the account manager to ensure operational support and smooth processes;
Interface with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance;
Act as a facilitator between departments, ensuring alignment and execution of requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales or commercial support;
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic pipeline management;
Familiarity with preparing proposals and order management;
Proficiency in Excel and common work tools;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks;
Ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
Experience in the technology sector, distribution, or channel sales;
Experience with integrators, VARs, or partner ecosystems;
Previous experience with structured commercial processes.
