Commercial Analyst – Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial and operational support to manufacturers involved in the operation
- Prepare and track orders, quotes and commercial workflows for the area
- Ensure organization, accuracy and follow-up of operational requests
- Serve as a point of contact between manufacturers, the commercial team and internal departments
- Support day-to-day commercial negotiations, alignments and follow-ups
- Analyze scenarios, validate information and support rapid decision-making
- Challenge processes, directions and information when necessary, bringing a critical perspective and analytical approach
- Contribute to operational improvements, process organization and area efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial support, commercial operations or vendor/channel support
- Background in technology companies, distribution or manufacturer ecosystems
- Analytical and critical mindset with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments handling multiple simultaneous demands
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for interacting with internal teams and manufacturers
- Ability to make decisions quickly and responsibly
- Knowledge of order preparation, quoting and commercial operational follow-up
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
