About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial support and development for partners, clients and internal teams;
- Conduct follow-ups, prepare quotes, perform commercial alignments and track sales opportunities;
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions related to operations;
- Manage multiple simultaneous demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Work with a sense of priority, organization and operational efficiency;
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients and various company departments;
- Monitor commercial workflows and support ongoing area demands;
- Assist the commercial team with both day-to-day operational and strategic activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial routines, customer service or commercial support;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, proactive profile with ease in handling multiple demands;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- **Differentials that are a plus:**
- Experience in technology companies, distribution or B2B environments;
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management;
- Experience in operations with a high volume of commercial requests.
