Junior Sales Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage qualified inbound commercial opportunities previously vetted by the SDR team;
- Receive commercial requests and convert opportunities into structured proposals, ensuring speed, organization and a positive customer experience;
- Prepare, update and follow up commercial proposals, making adjustments to pricing, payment terms, timelines and necessary alignments during negotiations;
- Actively manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring stages, follow-ups and opportunity traceability are kept up to date;
- Handle multiple negotiations simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and an organized sales routine;
- Maintain close contact with customers throughout the sales process and during the initial post-sale follow-up;
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product and other internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and progression of opportunities;
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, predictable and efficient sales process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales, inside sales, commercial operations or commercial/customer service;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, performing follow-ups and continuously updating opportunities;
- Organized, agile profile with the ability to handle a high volume of simultaneous tasks;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations with a sense of priority and dynamism;
- Experience in technology companies, distribution or structured commercial environments is a plus.
