About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage qualified inbound commercial opportunities previously vetted by the SDR team;
  • Receive commercial requests and convert opportunities into structured proposals, ensuring speed, organization and a positive customer experience;
  • Prepare, update and follow up commercial proposals, making adjustments to pricing, payment terms, timelines and necessary alignments during negotiations;
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring stages, follow-ups and opportunity traceability are kept up to date;
  • Handle multiple negotiations simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and an organized sales routine;
  • Maintain close contact with customers throughout the sales process and during the initial post-sale follow-up;
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product and other internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and progression of opportunities;
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized, predictable and efficient sales process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales, inside sales, commercial operations or commercial/customer service;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, performing follow-ups and continuously updating opportunities;
  • Organized, agile profile with the ability to handle a high volume of simultaneous tasks;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations with a sense of priority and dynamism;
  • Experience in technology companies, distribution or structured commercial environments is a plus.
