Marketing & Sales Automation Specialist – GTM, Clay
ScanSource BrasilMarketing & Sales Automation Specialist integrating and automating processes for GTM operations at SourceHub. Supporting sales and marketing teams with technical expertise and data management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, configure, and optimize GTM and business applications, including HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Maildoso, Zoom, Octave, and AI tools.
- Build and manage workflows in Clay for account research, enrichment, prospecting, CRM updates, and campaign personalization.
- Support HubSpot administration, including data hygiene, segmentation, workflows, imports, exports, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into automated workflows, system configurations, and scalable processes.
- Support outbound campaign operations using GTM tools and email platforms.
- Manage and optimize email sending infrastructure, including inbox setup, account warm-up, and deliverability best practices.
- Develop workflows that connect marketing and sales activities across systems (CRM, campaigns, events, engagement data).
- Support AI-driven workflows for research, personalization, and operational productivity.
- Evaluate, configure, and implement third-party applications, ensuring proper usage and adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, integrations, systems, and data quality.
- Create documentation and SOPs to ensure maintainability and process standardization.
- Serve as a hands-on partner to stakeholders, helping translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Technology, Data, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English, with the ability to participate in daily meetings and prepare reports for the US headquarters.
- Experience administering and configuring GTM platforms, CRMs, marketing, or data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Clay, including data enrichment, automations, and building workflows.
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (contacts, companies, workflows, lists, segmentation, data hygiene).
- Experience with outbound tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
- Familiarity with email infrastructure tools like Maildoso or similar.
- Ability to connect systems, workflows, and data across multiple platforms.
- Strong data management skills, including cleaning, deduplication, validation, and QA.
- Experience using AI tools for automation and workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
