About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities
  • Manage an active account portfolio with a focus on revenue expansion and increasing average deal size
  • Act in a consultative manner, identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Lead complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from diagnosis to closing and post-sales support
  • Conduct client and partner visits and meetings
  • Analyze performance indicators and account portfolio progression
  • Propose actions and strategies to achieve targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors/manufacturers, and partners
  • Help strengthen the consultative sales capabilities of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B sales within the technology sector
  • Experience in distribution, reselling, or channel ecosystems
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or data center solutions
  • Experience with consultative selling and the full sales cycle
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Organized and able to handle multiple demands and priorities
  • Differentials / Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with vendors/manufacturers such as Dell, HP, NVIDIA or similar
  • Experience selling more complex solutions or higher-ticket deals
  • English (for interaction with vendors and technical materials)
  • Proven track record of portfolio growth and new business generation
