Senior Account Manager – Infrastructure, Data Center

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities
- Manage an active account portfolio with a focus on revenue expansion and increasing average deal size
- Act in a consultative manner, identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Lead complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from diagnosis to closing and post-sales support
- Conduct client and partner visits and meetings
- Analyze performance indicators and account portfolio progression
- Propose actions and strategies to achieve targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors/manufacturers, and partners
- Help strengthen the consultative sales capabilities of the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in B2B sales within the technology sector
- Experience in distribution, reselling, or channel ecosystems
- Knowledge of infrastructure or data center solutions
- Experience with consultative selling and the full sales cycle
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Organized and able to handle multiple demands and priorities
- Differentials / Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with vendors/manufacturers such as Dell, HP, NVIDIA or similar
- Experience selling more complex solutions or higher-ticket deals
- English (for interaction with vendors and technical materials)
- Proven track record of portfolio growth and new business generation
