About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Business development for Networking portfolio manufacturers
  • Identification and creation of new market opportunities
  • Development and execution of growth plans
  • Strengthening relationships with manufacturers and channel partners
  • Support in demand generation and partner development
  • Acceleration of the pipeline and support for opportunity conversion
  • Collaboration with pre-sales, operations and commercial teams
  • Market analysis and identification of expansion opportunities
  • Active contribution to the recovery and growth of the business unit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in business development or commercial roles within the technology sector
  • Experience with Networking vendors (Ruckus, Extreme, Riverbed, A10, Arista, Juniper, Cisco or similar)
  • Experience in market opening, channel development or demand generation
  • Experience managing a pipeline and operating with a structured commercial approach
  • Analytical mindset, market awareness and the ability to identify opportunities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners and vendors
  • Availability for domestic and international travel
  • Experience in restructuring environments or in growing a business unit
  • Experience with distributors or channel ecosystems
  • Proven track record in market development and pipeline expansion.
