About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support channel partners and assist the sales team;
Record and monitor opportunities in the CRM;
Prepare, send, and track commercial proposals;
Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system;
Work within the billing process and follow up through delivery;
Maintain relationships with manufacturers and internal departments;
Work closely with the account manager to ensure operational support and smooth processes;
Interface with teams such as sales, marketing, portfolio, operations, supply chain and finance;
Act as a facilitator between departments, ensuring alignment and execution of requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in commercial/sales or commercial support roles;
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and basic pipeline management;
Familiarity with preparing proposals and order management;
Knowledge of Excel and basic productivity tools;
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships;
Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities;
Comfortable interacting with different departments and stakeholders.

Experience in the technology, distribution, or channel segments;
Experience with integrators, VARs or partner ecosystems;
Previous experience with structured commercial processes.
