About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales activities focused on opening and reactivating enterprise accounts
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Consultative approach, aligning customer needs with portfolio solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Expand engagement with new vendors and partners
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with attention to margin and viability
- Lead complex negotiations and build a consistent pipeline
- Interface with internal teams to unblock opportunities and ensure operational flow
- Analyze market and performance indicators to guide growth actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new account acquisition (hunter)
- Experience in consultative selling with complex sales cycles
- Experience reactivating accounts and developing new business
- Ability to build influential relationships and drive revenue
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Analytical profile, results-oriented and focused on revenue expansion
- Autonomy to lead negotiations and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in technology, distribution or similar contexts
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline and forecast management
- Plus points: experience with channel partners, resellers or partner ecosystems; working with multiple vendors or a broad portfolio; proven track record of account growth or account reactivation.
