About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales activities focused on opening and reactivating enterprise accounts
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Consultative approach, aligning customer needs with portfolio solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Expand engagement with new vendors and partners
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with attention to margin and viability
  • Lead complex negotiations and build a consistent pipeline
  • Interface with internal teams to unblock opportunities and ensure operational flow
  • Analyze market and performance indicators to guide growth actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new account acquisition (hunter)
  • Experience in consultative selling with complex sales cycles
  • Experience reactivating accounts and developing new business
  • Ability to build influential relationships and drive revenue
  • Strategic mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Analytical profile, results-oriented and focused on revenue expansion
  • Autonomy to lead negotiations and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in technology, distribution or similar contexts
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline and forecast management
  • Plus points: experience with channel partners, resellers or partner ecosystems; working with multiple vendors or a broad portfolio; proven track record of account growth or account reactivation.
