About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities
  • Manage an active portfolio, ensuring relationship maintenance and revenue expansion
  • Identify needs and propose solutions aligned with the portfolio
  • Conduct consultative sales in more structured and complex cycles
  • Follow up on negotiations and manage the commercial process
  • Conduct client and partner visits and meetings
  • Monitor after-sales and ensure continuity of the relationship
  • Analyze performance indicators and the portfolio’s evolution
  • Propose strategies to achieve targets and drive growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal areas such as marketing, operations, and sales.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B sales within the technology sector
  • Experience with distribution, resellers, or channel ecosystems
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or data center solutions
  • Experience with consultative selling and the full sales cycle
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel and sales support tools
  • Strong relationship-building skills and client development capability
  • Organized profile with solid demand and target management
  • Experience with manufacturers such as Dell, HP, NVIDIA or similar (preferred)
  • Experience selling more complex solutions or higher-ticket deals (preferred)
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and generating new business (preferred).
