About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and resellers;
  • Consultative sales approach for longer sales cycles and technology solutions;
  • Prepare, negotiate and follow up on commercial proposals;
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities using CRM;
  • Constant interface with internal departments (credit, logistics, finance, operations, and portfolio);
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers and strategic partners;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunter profile);
  • Drive channel expansion and growth of the customer base;
  • Actively contribute to building and developing the new cybersecurity business line;
  • Market analysis and direction of commercial strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B commercial roles within the technology sector;
  • Experience with distribution, vendors, or structured resellers;
  • Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles;
  • Ability to build relationships and consistently generate business;
  • Experience managing pipeline, proposals, and using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
  • Organized profile with the capacity to handle a high volume of demands;
  • Business acumen and strategic market insight;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different areas.
  • Additional advantages:
  • Previous experience with cybersecurity solutions;

  • Proven track record of revenue growth and channel development.
