About the role

  • Design and execute the sales strategy with channels such as resellers, integrators and strategic partners, ensuring a strong and competitive market presence.
  • Prospect and activate new channels to expand our coverage and accelerate operational growth.
  • Increase market share among strategic customers, driving sustainable growth of the existing portfolio.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the sales team, fostering engagement, performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, the sales funnel and pipeline to ensure predictability and accuracy of results.
  • Act analytically and proactively in internal processes, anticipating issues and ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal areas such as marketing, operations, finance and logistics to ensure integrated, flawless execution.
  • Represent the company with vendors and manufacturers, negotiating commercial terms, investments and incentive programs that enhance our results.

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing sales in the technology sector, preferably in distributors or manufacturers.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth and expanding channel coverage.
  • Analytical, strategic and highly results-oriented profile with a proactive attitude.
  • Inspirational leadership skills with a focus on performance and people development.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, security, cloud and hardware solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
